28 x 14 ft luxury Pool with Spa and waterfall. There is a large covered lanai with Table and Four chairs, three sun beds and two reclining chairs with foot stools. Gas BBQ supplied with utensils. The pool can be heated and has underwater lighting for that swim in the evenings after a hard day at the parks. The illuminated pool and outside lighting provide an ambient setting for an evening drink or two! The pool area has alarmed doors and a security fence for protection of small children.

Our games room is located in the garage. It has a Pool Table which can be reversed to turn into air hockey table. There is a Foosball (Bar Football) Table and electronic Dart board for your enjoyment.

It also has a luxuriousleather sofa to watch and relax in.
